The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has projected predominantly hot and humid weather for Karachi, Hyderabad, and various parts of Sindh over the next two days.
The prevailing synoptic situation indicates the dominance of continental air across most of Pakistan, with a westerly wave situated over the northern regions.
Given these circumstances, we can expect hot and humid conditions in most districts of the province from Friday evening through the following two days. In Karachi, the maximum temperature is anticipated to range from 34-36 degrees Celsius on both Saturday and Sunday. Meanwhile, in Hyderabad, the maximum temperature is forecasted to fall within the range of 36-38 degrees Celsius over the same period.
Over the last 24 hours, Sindh experienced hot and humid weather. Dadu, Nawabshah, Mohenjo-Daro, and Sukkur reported the highest temperatures in the province, reaching as high as 39 degrees Celsius. In Karachi, the maximum temperature recorded was 34 degrees Celsius, with a relative humidity of 74 percent in the morning. In Hyderabad, the maximum temperature was recorded at 36 degrees Celsius, with a relative humidity of 77 percent in the morning.
