Just two days ago, there was surprising news about Junaid Safdar and Ayesha Saif parting ways after their marriage in August 2021.
Now, Ayesha Saif has reportedly pointed fingers at her former mother-in-law, Maryam Nawaz, for intruding into the privacy of their married life. In an alleged Instagram post, Ayesha Saif expressed her desire to clarify some aspects of her divorce.
She mentioned how in the Holy Quran, it’s stated that spouses are created to live harmoniously together. She went on to share that even though wealth and comforts are significant in today’s world, the sense of peace she hoped for in her marriage was absent since the beginning.
Ayesha further stated that she’s relieved to have obtained a divorce and is now looking forward to starting anew. She kindly asked people not to delve into her personal life by discussing her divorce on social media. Sadly, she felt her former mother-in-law didn’t respect this fundamental human need for peace.
The couple had a grand wedding on August 22, 2021, in London, followed by a lavish reception in Pakistan in December. Ayesha Saif Khan is the daughter of Saifur Rehman, who served as the chairman of the Ehtesaab Bureau during Nawaz Sharif’s second term as prime minister.
