From budget-friendly options to luxurious high-performance models, a variety of EVs have made their debut, catering to a wide array of preferences and budgets. Here’s a look at some of the most noteworthy EV launches of the year:
MG Cyberster GT Dual and Single
At the forefront of luxury EVs, MG unveiled the Cyberster GT Dual, priced at PKR 30 million. This high-performance sports car boasts an impressive 496 horsepower, a 74.4 kWh battery, and a range of 443 km. The Single variant, priced at PKR 27 million, offers slightly less power at 335 hp but a longer range of 507 km. Both models have attracted enthusiasts seeking cutting-edge design and thrilling performance.
ORA 07
Launched in September, the ORA 07 entered the market with its striking design and premium interior. Priced at PKR 17.5 million, this EV is equipped with a 570 km range and 402 horsepower, catering to buyers seeking a premium electric driving experience.
Kia EV5 Earth and Air
Kia made a strong entry into the EV market in October with its EV5 models. The Earth variant, priced at PKR 18.5 million, offers an 88 kWh battery with a 500 km range. The more affordable Air variant, priced lower, delivers a 400 km range with a 64 kWh battery, making it an appealing choice for those transitioning to electric mobility.
Deepal S07 and L07
Deepal made its mark in the luxury EV segment with the launch of the S07 and L07 in August, both priced at PKR 14.5 million. The S07 offers a 485 km range with a 66.8 kWh battery, while the L07 provides a longer range of 540 km. With these models, Deepal has set new expectations for affordable luxury EVs in Pakistan.
BYD Seal Premium and Dynamic
In October, BYD launched its Seal Premium at PKR 14.79 million, offering a substantial 650 km range with an 82.56 kWh battery. The Dynamic variant, priced slightly lower, provides a 510 km range, continuing BYD’s legacy of offering high-value, efficient electric vehicles.
MG ZS EV MCE Long Range and Essence
Earlier in February, MG upgraded its ZS EV lineup, introducing the Long Range variant at PKR 14.99 million, which offers a 440 km range with a 69.9 kWh battery. Hyundai IONIQ 5 and 6

Changan Lumin EV
Changan Pakistan entered the EV market with the Lumin, a compact, stylish mini-EV. The Lumin offers three battery options—12.92 kWh, 17.65 kWh, and 27.99 kWh—delivering ranges of 155 km, 210 km, and 301 km, respectively. Priced competitively, it features modern amenities such as a 10.25-inch touchscreen, two driving modes (Eco and Sport), and 104 liters of cargo space, making it an attractive option for urban buyers.
