Recent concerns about air pollution resulted in a three-day weekend for schools in certain areas of Punjab. However, educational activities resumed on Monday despite the prevailing adverse conditions.
Reliable sources indicate that the government plans to stick to the usual winter vacation schedule, closing schools and educational institutions from late December to early January.
