Elizabeth Gillies and Michael Corcoran, a couple in both love and music. They first met on the set of the Nickelodeon show Victorious, where Corcoran co-wrote and produced the songs Gillies sang.
Their romantic relationship began in late 2012, despite a notable 20-year age gap.
Gillies, known for her role as Jade West on Victorious, reflects on her mature disposition during her Nickelodeon days. She recalls, “When I was on Nickelodeon, I talked and had the sense of humor of someone much older than me.”
Post Victorious, Gillies expanded her career, eventually landing roles on Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll and The CW’s Dynasty revival, where she portrays both Fallon and Alexis Carrington. Through it all, Corcoran has been her steadfast partner. The couple tied the knot in August 2020 after postponing their wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

- New Beginnings: After their wedding, the couple relocated to Atlanta, where they now own a house. This move was prompted by the continuation of Gillies’ show Dynasty, which was picked up for a third season.
Gillies fondly recalls Corcoran’s proposal at their new Atlanta home. “I had no idea what he was doing. All of a sudden, he got down on one knee and proposed to me right there. I was totally surprised. It was a perfect proposal,” she said.
