Peshawar recorded the lowest temperature, reaching freezing point, making Tuesday the coldest day of the season. The morning relative humidity in Peshawar was recorded at 100 percent.

Dense fog prevailed in the plains, leading to disruptions in inter and intra-city roads. The synoptic situation indicates the prevalence of continental air over most parts of Pakistan, contributing to mainly cold and dry weather in Peshawar and other areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Tuesday evening/night, Wednesday, and Thursday. Extremely cold weather is anticipated in upper districts of the province.
The fog update for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa forecasts the persistence of dense fog in areas like Charsadda, Mardan, Nowshera, Swabi, Peshawar, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan, and their surroundings during morning and night hours. This dense fog is expected to continue affecting normal vehicular flow on inter and intra-city roads.
In Peshawar, the minimum temperature is projected to remain between 00-02 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and Thursday.
