Weather Update Karachi – Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast partly cloudy weather for Karachi during the next two days.
According to the weather forecast, a westerly wave is expected to move into the upper regions of Pakistan this evening or tonight and then spread to the upper and central parts of the country on Saturday.
In light of this weather pattern, Karachi is anticipated to experience dry conditions on Friday evening and night, with partly cloudy weather in the following two days.
On Friday evening and night, we can expect a windstorm and rain-thunderstorm, along with snowfall in the high mountain areas, in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, the Potohar region, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir.
On Saturday, these conditions of windstorm and rain-thunderstorm are predicted for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, upper Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir.
There is a chance of isolated hailstorms in the plains and snowfall in the high mountain areas.
Kashmir, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the Potohar region are likely to experience heavy rainfall during this period.
In Karachi, the maximum temperature is expected to be between 33-35 degrees Celsius on Saturday and Sunday.
Over the last 24 hours, dry weather has prevailed throughout the country.
Nokkundi recorded the highest temperature, reaching as high as 41 degrees Celsius, making it the hottest place in the country.
In Sindh, Nawabshah had the highest temperature at 40 degrees Celsius, earning it the title of the hottest place in the province.
Karachi recorded a maximum temperature of 34 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity in the morning was measured at 81 percent.
