Both the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan extended their congratulations, with a Foreign Office spokesperson emphasizing the long-standing relationship between Pakistan and the U.S. The spokesperson expressed optimism for further strengthening these ties, noting that the change in U.S. leadership would not affect bilateral relations.

Meanwhile, Pakistan’s diplomatic attention remains focused on Middle Eastern issues. At the upcoming OIC conference, the Prime Minister is set to discuss the situation in Gaza, with Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar joining him for meetings with OIC leaders on the sidelines of the summit.

Aid to Lebanon and Gaza
In response to rising regional tensions, Pakistan has provided humanitarian aid to Palestine and Lebanon, demonstrating solidarity with the affected communities.
