1. Book Online Appointment: Applicants need to schedule an appointment through the website of the Pakistan High Commission.
2. Personal Appearance: Applicants are required to appear in person for a live photo and biometric verification.
3. Required Documents: Applicants must bring any of the following documents:
   • Original Pakistani Passport
   • Old ID Card
   • Domicile Certificate
   • Matriculation Certificate issued from Pakistan
4. Additional Documentation for First-Time Applicants:
   • Detailed birth certificate mentioning father/mother names. Birth certificates without parental names will not be accepted.
   • CNIC/NICOP card of Father and Mother (updated after marriage) or real brother or sister.
   • Physical presence of any blood relative (Father/Mother/Siblings) with NICOP/CNIC for first-time applicants.
5. Passport Requirements: Valid Pakistani Passport or valid foreign passport.
6. Marital Status Changes: For changing marital status, applicants need to provide Nikkah Nama/Marriage Certificate. For changes due to divorce/widowhood, divorce/death certificate of the spouse is required.
7. Modification of Date of Birth (DOB): Modification of DOB can be done with valid documentation such as Pakistani/foreign passport, BRP, Valid Visa, etc.
8. Modification/Updation of Parentage Name: Court order from a Pakistani Court of Law is required for modification/updation of parentage name.
9. Witness Requirement: In the absence of a blood relative with NICOP/CNIC, finger prints of any Pakistani citizen with CNIC/NICOP will be required at NADRA office, along with forwarding the case to Pakistan for verification.
