The Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP) is an official registration document provided by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) to eligible Pakistani citizens residing abroad.

This card serves as an essential document for Pakistanis living abroad, granting them the privilege to travel to Pakistan without the need for a visa, especially if they hold dual nationality. Additionally, when applying for the SNICOP for newborns born abroad, having the passport number is a mandatory requirement.

NADRA has established two distinct fee structures for the Smart NICOP, which are categorized as Zone A and Zone B based on the respective regions. These structures help streamline the application process for individuals depending on their location.

Nadra NICOP Renewal Fee

As of September 2023, the normal fee for renewal of Smart NICOP for citizens living in Zone A is $39 while the urgent fee is $57 and executive fee is $75.

The normal renewal fee for citizens living in Zone B is $20 while urgent fee is $30 while Nadra receives $40 for executive category
