The live finals of Miss America 2024 took place at the Walt Disney Theater in Orlando, Florida, hosted by the Dr. Phillips Center at 7:00 p.m. ET. On January 14, 51 contestants, each representing a U.S. state and the District of Columbia, competed for the coveted title.

Madison Marsh – America Miss Winner 2024
After the votes were tallied, the 2024 Miss America was chosen! The Austrian Crystal-emblazoned crown and the $60,000 tuition grant were given to Miss Colorado Madison Marsh. Grace Stanke of Wisconsin, the departing Miss America 2023, gave her the crown.
Madison is a 2023 physics graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, according to her Miss Colorado profile. Being a 2nd Lieutenant in the Air Force, she is the first officer in the Active Duty Air Force to hold the state title of Miss America.
In 2018, following her mother’s death from pancreatic cancer, she and her family founded the Whitney Marsh Foundation. In her capacity as the foundation’s president and creator, she and her team of leaders have successfully raised over a quarter of a million dollars for research.
Madison is working as a graduate intern at Harvard Medical School to identify pancreatic cancer with artificial intelligence. Using her national Truman Scholarship, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. Madison likes to read, make pasta, and fly aeroplanes in her spare time.
