Former Pakistan captain Azhar Ali was appointed as the Head of Youth Development by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Friday.
The PCB expressed confidence that Ali’s vast experience in international cricket would greatly benefit the development of the sport in Pakistan.
In his new role, Ali is committed to enhancing grassroots cricket across the country, focusing on nurturing young talent.
It’s worth mentioning that Azhar Ali is also a member of the national selection committee. Throughout his illustrious career, he has represented Pakistan in 97 Test matches and 53 One-Day Internationals (ODIs).
