WhatsApp is set to launch a range of new features, including the ability to view your status from within conversations but the app is currently testing an AI chatbot, which is designed to enhance the user experience.
Meta, the parent company of WhatsApp, revealed in September that it would be integrating the chatbot into its platforms.
The chatbot uses the advanced Llama 2 language mode to have more natural and friendly conversations. It also works together with Microsoft Bing to give you thorough web search results.
According to WABetaInfo, in the latest WhatsApp beta v2.23.24.26 update, a new shortcut has been added in the Chats tab, just above the chat icon which leads to the Meta AI chatbot that has been integrated into the app.
With this chatbot, you can get things done in the app without the hassle of going through lots of menus.
The AI chatbot feature is expected to roll out widely for everyone in the coming days.
However, it is currently available only to a select set of WhatsApp beta users.
If you wish to try out the feature, you need to be enrolled in the beta program, which is currently full.
This awesome feature powered by AI makes things so much easier for you. It saves you time and effort, giving you more freedom to do what you love.
