Facebook and Messenger Go Down Across the Globe

Meta’s Facebook and Messenger services are down and experiencing a global outage, leaving internet users unable to access the app.

Users are having trouble getting onto Facebook, as it’s showing a blank white page. Also, Messenger’s webpage isn’t loading properly in the browser. However, the apps are still working fine.

Reports suggest that there has been an increase in complaints on Downdetector, an online platform that provides live updates on the status of websites, from users trying to access these services.

Facebook and Messenger went down around 5:00 pm as per Downdetector.
