Reports indicate that Pakistan is preparing to launch a new program inspired by the success of ventures like Greenlit Studios in the country. Usman Malik, co-founder and CEO of Greenlit Studios, shared his excitement in a local newspaper interview, pointing out the community’s robust support for introducing Shark Tank to Pakistan. Malik highlighted their collaboration with Sony Pictures Television as a major achievement for Greenlit Studios, emphasizing their dedication to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship throughout Pakistan.
Originally known as “Tigers of Money” in Japan (2001), followed by iterations such as Dragons’ Den in the UK (2005) and Shark Tank in the USA (2009), this format has resonated globally. Recently, Bangladesh aired its 50th edition of the program in 2022, further illustrating its widespread appeal.
