In preparation for the winter season, educational authorities in Punjab have revised the timings for schools. Starting from 8:00 a.m., boys’ classes will conclude at 2:30 p.m., while girls’ schools will begin at 8:15 a.m. and end at 2:15 p.m. On Fridays, boys’ classes will end at 12:15 p.m., and girls’ classes at 12 p.m.

For double-shift schools, classes will commence at 7:45 a.m. and conclude at 12:15 p.m. Additionally, evening classes will start at 12:30 p.m. and finish at 5 p.m., with Friday classes beginning at 1:30 p.m. following the Jumma break.

These adjusted timings will come into effect from October 16 and will continue until further notice.
