The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted that Karachi, Hyderabad, and parts of Sindh will experience primarily hot and humid weather over the next two days.
According to the current weather situation, most of Pakistan is under the influence of continental air.
In addition, there is a westerly weather system affecting the northern regions of the country. These conditions will result in hot and humid weather across most districts of the province from Friday evening through the following two days.
Specifically, in Karachi, the maximum temperature is expected to be around 34-36 degrees Celsius on both Saturday and Sunday. In Hyderabad, temperatures are likely to reach a maximum of 36-38 degrees Celsius on the same days.
Notably, during the last 24 hours, Sindh experienced hot and humid weather. Dadu, Nawabshah, Mohenjo-Daro, and Sukkur were the hottest places in the province, with temperatures soaring as high as 39 degrees Celsius. In Karachi, the maximum temperature reached 34 degrees Celsius, with a morning relative humidity of 74 percent. In Hyderabad, the maximum temperature was 36 degrees Celsius, and the morning relative humidity was recorded at 77 percent.
