3. Punjab: Murree, Galliyat, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Mandi Bahauddin, Hafizabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, Narowal, Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura.

1. Moderate to heavy rainfall may lead to urban flooding in low-lying areas of Lahore, Gujranwala, and Rawalpindi on September 22nd and 23rd.
2. The possibility of landslides exists in vulnerable areas of Murree, Galliyat, Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kohistan, Shangla, Buner, Mansehra, and Abbottabad from September 22nd to 24th.
