HBL Debit Cards, commonly known as ATM cards, offer customers the convenience of accessing their accounts anytime, anywhere. Powered by MasterCard, UnionPay, Visa, and PayPak, HBL provides a range of secure and convenient payment solutions.
These cards are accepted at over 50,000 merchants and 11,000 ATMs nationwide, as well as millions of global merchant locations and ATMs.

HBL Debit Card Annual Fees for December 2024:
- PayPak Chip Card: Rs1,700 (Primary)
- Visa Chip Card: Rs2,500 (Primary)
- MasterCard Standard: Rs2,500 (Primary)
- MasterCard Gold: Rs3,300 (Primary)
- UnionPay Chip ATM Card: Rs2,300 (Primary)
- Visa Chip USD Card: $12 (Primary)
- MasterCard Titanium: Rs3,000 (Primary)
- MasterCard World: Rs17,000 (Primary)
These annual fees apply from December 2024 onwards for HBL Debit Cardholders.
