In preparation for the upcoming holy month of Ramzan 2024, the provincial government of Balochistan has announced adjustments to office timings, aiming to facilitate employees during the month of fasting.
New Office Schedule:
Monday through Thursday:
- Offices will operate from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Fridays:
- Offices will close at 1:00 pm.
Saturdays (for offices operating six days a week):
- Opening at 9:00 am and closing at 2:00 pm.
Special Note for Fridays (for offices operating six days a week):
- Early closure at 12:00 pm noon.
This schedule will be effective throughout the month of Ramzan 2024, which is expected to commence on March 12 in Pakistan. The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee is scheduled to convene on March 11 for the official moon sighting to confirm the commencement of Ramzan.
