KARACHI – The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast partly cloudy weather for Karachi on Tuesday night and the following two days.
Currently, most of Pakistan is experiencing dry continental air, with a weak westerly weather system in the northern regions. This means that for the next couple of days, many areas in the province can expect hot and muggy weather. However, there’s a chance of rain and thunderstorms in Mithi, Mirpurkhas, Umerkot, and nearby areas during this time.
In Karachi, the forecast is for partly cloudy and breezy conditions on Tuesday night. On Wednesday and Thursday, expect partly cloudy weather with some humidity, with daytime temperatures ranging from 31 to 33 degrees Celsius and nighttime temperatures between 26 to 28 degrees Celsius.
The humidity levels are expected to be around 70-80 percent in the morning and 55-65 percent in the evening.
Over the past day, most of the province experienced hot and muggy weather. Nawabshah saw the highest temperature, reaching a scorching 41 degrees Celsius. In Karachi, the maximum temperature was 32 degrees Celsius, with an evening humidity of 66 percent.
