Azam Khan Deletes All Photos and Videos from Instagram Account

Pakistan’s wicket-keeper Azam Khan has removed or made all his Instagram posts private. This has led to guesses that he did this because fans criticized his fitness and his selection for the T20 World Cup team.

Azam has always been on the receiving end of verbal assaults for his health, yet he has proved his mettle in the T20 league tournaments in Pakistan and abroad as well.

Azam often uses Instagram to share his photos and videos with others.

The batter hasn’t explained why his Instagram posts suddenly disappeared.

For the last few days, he had been encountering terrible censure for his fitness specially after poor show in two T20Is against England during recent tour that ended few days ago.

Pakistan lost the four-match series by 2-0 as two of the matches were washed out.

During the same tour, when a journalist questioned his spot in the team for matches against England and the World Cup, Fakhar Zaman defended his teammate. He said captain Babar Azam and coach Gary Kirsten picked Azam based on his performance in the CPL.

Moin Khan’s son, who is a legendary wicket-keeper, has yet to prove himself in T20Is for Pakistan, despite debuting internationally three years ago in July 2021. In 12 innings, he has managed just 88 runs with a low average of 9.7.
