- BOP may request additional documentation during this phase.
- Only those students who pass the financial scrutiny will be declared successful.
- Necessary documentation must be provided by the students along with their online application.
Bike Delivery Process
The delivery process for the bikes involves several steps to ensure proper documentation and insurance:
- Payment Receipt: Once payment is received by the vendor or their dealership, the bike will be either booked or, if available, prepared for delivery.
- Bike Details: The dealership will provide BOP with the bike’s chassis number and engine number for insurance purposes.
- Insurance and Delivery Order: BOP will arrange the bike’s insurance, issue a delivery order in the name of the concerned dealership, and hand over the delivery order to the student.
- Bike Handover: The student will then receive the bike from the dealership.

The Punjab government is yet to officially announce the date for delivering of the bikes to the eligible students. It is expected that the delivery process would be start before the budget for fiscal year 2024-25 following the completion of the all process by the Bank of Punjab.
