The “Jeddah Tower,” currently under construction, is poised to surpass Dubai’s Burj Khalifa as the world’s tallest building, according to Architectural Digest as reported by The News.
The tall building, standing over 1 kilometer high, will have offices for businesses, places for people to live, hotels, and the highest observatory in the world.
A key aspect of the design is its “three-petal footprint,” which enhances aerodynamics and reduces wind load.
Moreover, the tower will feature a dynamic lift capable of traveling at a speed of 10 meters per second
