1. Online Verification via CNIC

• Visit the official website of Punjab’s excise and taxation department: https://excise.gos.pk/vehicle/vehicle_search_by_cnic.
• On the page, select the relevant option for either a four-wheeler or a two-wheeler.
• Enter the CNIC number of the owner and click ‘Search’ to retrieve details of vehicles registered under this CNIC.

2. Online Verification via Vehicle Number

• Go to the excise and taxation department’s dedicated page: https://mtmis.excise.punjab.gov.pk/.
• Enter the valid vehicle number to access information about the owner.

3. Vehicle Verification through Police

• Visit a nearby Police Khidmat Markaz to inquire if the vehicle you are interested in purchasing has any criminal record in any police station across Punjab.

Required Documents:

• Original and copy of applicant’s CNIC.
• Original documents of the vehicle.
• Copy of the vehicle owner’s CNIC.
• Copy of NOC if the vehicle is registered under a bank or company.
• Copy of TP Message if the vehicle is involved in a criminal case and SUPARDARI duly verified by the court.
