MUMBAI – Popular Bollywood actor Vikrant Massey, best known for his lead role in the hit film Barahween Fail, has announced a break from acting.
The 37-year-old actor took to Instagram to share the surprising news with his fans in a heartfelt post. In his message, Vikrant wrote, “I will meet my fans for the last time in 2025. The past few years have been extraordinary, and I am deeply thankful for the love and support from all of you.”
He continued, “As I move forward in life, I’ve come to realize that it’s time to focus on my responsibilities as a husband, father, and son—roles I have not been able to fully embrace before now.”

Vikrant expressed his deep gratitude to his fans, saying, “In 2025, we will meet for the last time until the right moment comes. Thank you for the love over the last two films and for all the beautiful memories. I will always be indebted to you.”
The actor is currently working on two upcoming films, Yaar Jigr and Aankh Ki Gustakhiyan, both set to release next year, marking his final projects before his temporary break from the industry.
