Semi-Truck Driver Arrested

The driver of the semi-truck that hit and killed Sergeant Bill Hooser, Michael Aaron Jayne, was arrested after fleeing the scene. The crash occurred on Interstate 15 near milepost 244 in Santaquin, UT. Jayne was apprehended by the police after a search, during which both sides of the interstate were temporarily closed for safety.
